San Francisco is on fire. A small percentage of the city's population are randomly being biologically bootstrapped into full mutant form, and are attacking normal humans in psychotic rage! And X-Force, the only people who could possibly do anything about it, are in a car in a ditch on the outskirts of the city... possibly affected and possibly already dead!
